Cutting-Edge Craft Beer

Since we opened our doors in Tottenham six years ago, the craft beer scene has exploded. But not all craft beer is the same, and with so much choice out there and big beer brands trying to muscle their way into the scene, it can be hard to know what’s actually good. So we make it our mission to source and curate the finest selection of craft beers we can lay our hands on. Luckily we have some of the best breweries in the country on our doorstep, who we have forged close ties with to bring you the freshest beer around. We are proud to champion the local London beer scene, as well as seek out up-and-coming independent breweries from the rest of the UK and beyond. You’ll find a huge selection of cutting-edge craft beers at both our Tottenham and Walthamstow venues, either on draught fresh from our regularly rotating taps, or you can take them home from our bottle shop.

Sourdough Pizza

We believe beer and pizza are the perfect match, so we have as much passion for pizza as we do our beer. Our famous sourdough pizzas are unique because we make our dough by hand, on site, every day, and prove it for no less than 48hrs, using our own cultivated starter culture. 48hrs! We don’t know anyone else in London slow-fermenting their sourdough this long. This is special because it makes our dough lighter, healthier, maximises the unique sourdough flavour and creates the perfect texture. We carefully pick our toppings, sourcing ingredients from the best British suppliers wherever we can - the freshest Mozzarella from rural Essex, cured meats from Cobble Lane in Islington, and Shipton Mill Flour from the Cotswolds, to name just a few. We obsess over every last detail, because making quality pizzas is a craft, and we always stay true to the craft.

NEWS & EVENTS

NEW LUNCH MENU AT WALTHAMSTOW

To celebrate one year since we brought our epic sourdough pizzas and cutting edge selection of craft beers to Walthamstow, we’ve expanded our menu to introduce a range of delicious sides, new pizzas, and our first lunch-time offering, all of which will be available exclusively from our Walthamstow St James Street site.

Our same high quality 48hr proved dough will also be used to make our brand new Sourdough Flatbread Sandwiches, which will make the perfect option for lunch (available 12-5pm). For an even lighter lunch option we’ll also have two regularly changing salad specials.

To accompany our famous pizza menu (or perhaps for those looking to have a bite with a pint) guests can now order from our new sides menu, which includes a fresh, creamy Burrata which is accompanied by a home-made pesto and sourdough flatbread. You can take a look at our new Walthamstow menu here.
