True Craft Tottenham & Walthamstow, London
Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum
Plus: TRONC tips
Hours: 45 hours per week (primarily shift-based, with dedicated management and administrative time)
Holiday: 31 days per year (includes 3 day Christmas break)
The Role:
We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to help lead the next chapter of the business.
You'll work closely with the owners, have genuine autonomy and play a key part in shaping the culture, standards and future of the business.
You'll spend most of your time working alongside the team on the floor, leading busy services, coaching staff and ensuring both venues operate to the highest standards.
Your primary base will be our Tottenham venue, although you'll oversee both Tottenham and Walthamstow, leading our front of house team and working closely alongside our Kitchen Manager to create one cohesive team across both the bar and kitchen.
We're not simply looking for someone to manage shifts. We're looking for someone who builds great teams.

Essential Experience:
Previous hospitality management experience.
Experience managing teams.
Experience recruiting, training and developing staff.
Strong organisational skills.
Availability to work evenings, weekends and key trading periods.
